Privacy Policy: AgentKit

AgentKit is operated by an individual creator. This policy explains how its content publishing and resource delivery tools handle information from Instagram, Threads and YouTube. The tools connect only to accounts owned or managed by the operator. They do not provide public account registration or connect other businesses' accounts.

Information we access and why

• Account authorization: platform account identifiers and access credentials allow the operator to publish content and use the platform features they have authorized.
• Content and performance: our posts, videos, identifiers, links and performance metrics help us publish, manage and improve our content.
• Comments and resource requests: on our own posts, we may read comment text, public usernames, comment and post identifiers, and timestamps to recognize a requested resource or respond to a question.
• Delivery records: we may record the requested keyword, resource link, comment identifier, delivery status and platform message identifier to track fulfillment and avoid sending duplicates.
• Privacy requests: information you provide when contacting us is used to handle your request.

YouTube access includes uploading videos, reading channel performance and handling comments. Instagram and Threads access supports publishing, performance measurement and authorized comment or messaging features. Access is limited by the permissions granted and by the relevant platform's rules.

Requested resource messages

Where enabled and verified, a keyword comment can request one private message containing the advertised resource. Delivery may be automatic or handled by the operator. Commenting does not subscribe you to a mailing list or authorize promotional followups. We do not require you to follow the account to request a resource.

Storage and service providers

Operational records are stored on the operator's private server. Credentials are kept separately in protected configuration and are not published in source control. Comment processing and duplicate prevention records can persist after a resource has been delivered; they are not merely transient logs.

We use Meta and Google services to access our accounts and deliver content or replies, and Cloudflare to host public resources. Those providers process information under their own terms and policies. Opening a hosted resource also involves the hosting provider's normal processing of connection information. We do not sell personal information or use comment records for advertising profiles.

Retention

Operational records are retained for resource fulfillment, duplicate prevention, troubleshooting and content performance review. There is currently no fixed automatic deletion schedule. Records remain until manually removed, including when a privacy request is handled. Public content and aggregate performance records may be retained separately from identifiable comment and delivery records.

Request access or deletion

Email xxfiremakerpro04@gmail.com with your platform username and, if available, the relevant post or comment link. State whether you want to ask about, access or delete information held by AgentKit. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We may ask for limited information to verify that the request concerns your data.

Deletion requests are handled manually. We will remove the related information from our operational records and explain any information that must be retained. Deleting our records does not delete a comment or message held by Instagram, Threads or YouTube; use the relevant platform's controls for that. The operator can also disconnect the app through the connected platform's account settings.
